Return 

If you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, you can return the unused items within 14 days of receipt. You can download the return form on our website. Fill in the return form completely; mail it to contact@speezys.com and add it to the package. The package can be returned via a (DHL Parcelshop or) PostNL.

 

Return conditions

All items are checked upon receipt, the labels must not be removed! Items that are visibly worn, damaged or in an unacceptable condition will not be taken back. In these cases, your return will not be processed and the package will be returned. The return period is 14 days after receipt. If the order is returned later, we are forced to return the package to you. In case of exceptions or remarks regarding the return conditions, you can email us to contact@speezys.com to avoid disappointment.

If you want to exchange an item, you can return the item and place a new order yourself via our website. The amount of the original order will be refunded within 5 working days. DHL Parcel shop | PostNL You can hand in your return package at a (DHL Parcel shop or) PostNL near you. Make sure that the return form is included in the package and send the package, sufficiently stamped, to the address below:
